I have a Camry XSE. Bought new 3 years ago. The problem is when there is a problem. Today, I cannot log in to the app. Call the support number. I know this is not good. To no one's surprise, the Sirius XM rep is clueless.

Instructs me to get in the car to reactivate. I doubt she owns a Toyota or has the app on her phone. Reset some things and I can then log in again. Ever since at least 2 versions ago the app: 1 does not permit Face ID for access.

Why is it using my location just bc the app is open? Makes no sense. If I turn location services off completely for the app, then every time I need to use the app for something requiring access to my location, I have to change my phone settings to allow access to the app again.
